Featured Project: Mlegal
Macrae (formerly Mlegal Group) came to us after becoming frustrated with the slow-to-no response of their webmaster, who started but didn’t complete a website in Concrete5. We rebuilt the site in WordPress and included some interesting features such as: refreshed display of different partners on the home page, and integration with Facebook and LinkedIn, where a new press release posted on the website would also automatically post to the other social media outlets. We also cleaned up and built out their social media pages.
Edible Excursions came to us with a problem. Their reservation system was losing reservations! This impacted revenue and created a bad customer service situation. We took a look at their requirements, recommended an inexpensive yet powerful online booking app, and over 35 of their requirements were met for under $60/month. We built their website too. They’ve since moved it all to Squarespace and we wish them well. We always want our website clients to be as autonomous as possible.
Lazy H Ranch came to us with a problem. They were inundated with paperwork for their summer and spring camp registration. We developed a list of requirements and found a great online app that allowed families to sign up online and book camps for multiple siblings, paying by credit card. This simplified the paperwork dramatically.
John Angell Grant, an acclaimed playwright, needed a website that would allow him to post serialized episodes of his mystery novel in conjunction with the print edition of the Palo Alto paper, which was also carrying the series. We set up the site in WordPress and customized it to handle his novels and their episodes in a logical easy to follow format.
